By accessing and using OneSongWonder ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

OneSongWonder is a personalized music generation service. We use artificial intelligence (AI) technology to create custom songs based on the information and parameters you provide, including:

• Recipient information (name, occasion)
• Musical preferences (genre)
• Personal messages and memories you share

AI-Generated Content: All songs, including lyrics and music, are generated using AI technology. The output is unique and created specifically based on your inputs, but is ultimately produced by artificial intelligence systems.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using our Service
• Ensure that the content you request does not infringe on any third-party rights
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our AI systems

4. Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders that request content that is:

• Hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence against any individual or group
• Sexually explicit or pornographic in nature
• Defamatory, libelous, or intended to harass
• Infringing on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Promoting illegal activities or substances
• Otherwise illegal, harmful, or objectionable

If we determine that your request violates these guidelines, we may refuse to fulfill the order and issue a full refund.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon purchase and delivery, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the generated songs for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may share the songs with the intended recipient and play them at personal events.

You may not:

• Sell or commercially distribute the generated songs
• Claim the songs as your own original composition
• Use the songs in commercial advertisements or products

6. Payment and Quality Guarantee

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We stand behind the quality of our work. If something's not right, we offer one free remake.

To qualify:

• Request within 24 hours of delivery
• Provide specific feedback (pronunciation, details, style)

Remake covers:

• Name pronunciation issues
• Incorrect details
• Style mismatch

Remake does NOT cover:

• Creating a different song (different person, different occasion)
• Subjective preferences after remake is delivered
• Lyrics Poster PDFs or Lyric Videos (see below)

Lyrics Poster PDFs and Lyric Videos: These add-on products are generated automatically and delivered as-is. We do not offer corrections, revisions, or remakes for Lyrics Poster PDFs or Lyric Videos. Please review the sample previews before purchasing.

This is not a refund policy. All sales are final. By purchasing, you acknowledge this is an AI-generated creative work and subjective satisfaction cannot be guaranteed.

7. AI Limitations and Disclaimers

While we strive for high-quality output, AI-generated content may:

• Vary in quality and style between generations
• Not perfectly capture every nuance of your input
• Occasionally produce unexpected results

We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding the AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

OneSongWonder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service or AI-generated content.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
